Day 9
I spent most of the day at work. I got my work out with Zumba Activate and that workout was HARD! If you want to learn something fast pace and dancing that is the workout you should do. After my workout I spent some time writing up recipes from the Zumba guide (Thanks Rhonda) so I could make them soon. After work I went shopping and bumped into an old neighbor that used to be good friends with and still are good friends. I don’t see them as much because she moved. Anyways we talked for a few and then got back to shopping. I went to two stores and then got a call from my mom to see if I wanted to go out to eat with the family. I told her I was broke, but they paid for my meal. I said sure.
Now, I went to a Chinese buffet All-You-Can-Eat and I should have stopped at the first plate and after eating the second plate, I wanted to puke. SO I know my life change is working because I NEVER in my Life after a second plate of food got sick. Well, I can say from now on, if I go to a buffet place like that I will make sure to get only 1 plate. I was so upset with myself that an hour later I did a workout. I walked on the treadmill for 40 mins at 3.2 speed and walked a 1.20 miles. I loved it. I know that after a workout I feel better about myself and what I am doing now. So after that, I cooled down and relaxed the rest of the night. Oh, the reason I was upset was because I knew tomorrow is weigh in day for me. So, again I was afraid of the results I would get from eating out.

Weigh Lose tip:
If you every feel like you want to eat and you know you already eat like 5 minutes ago then drink a nice ice cold water. It helps fill you up and it takes your body time to warm the liquid which burns more calories.
Dating Advice:
Make sure that when you are eating white foods like white bread, white tortillas, and white rice, swap it for BROWN or Whole Wheat. Whole wheat bread, Spinach tortillas, and brown rice. It usually has more fiber which will fill you up more.
Day 10
Well today is weigh in day. I am nervous about the results and what it will say, but before I get into what my results are let me explain some things first. When I first started on December 27, 2011 I weighed a lot. I don’t like tell my weight but I am going to have to tell you so you know how much I have lost. I weighed in at 297.4 on that day. It took a lot of hard work and dedication to lose the weight.
I finally finished my last Slim-Fast Low-Carb Creamy Milk shake last night and after this morning results, I made a new type of drink but I found out that I don’t like it as much as the Slim-Fast. To me Carnations no-sugar added drinks to me taste like a lite milkshake and it didn’t help as much as I would have hoped. I found out that the Slim-Fast Low-Carb Creamy Milk Shake worked the best for me and it held down my hungry pain a lot longer. So after trying the new shake, I went to work and shopping with my boss then back to work. I did my work out and made lunch. I wrote down some more recipes again. Then went home to pick someone up for work. After dropping the person off for work I went to Midas again for my car. There was a bad smell coming from it and it was making me sick. They fixed it and cleaned it free of charge. I am a loyal customer to Midas that is why they did it for me.
After that I went to dollar bills and went shopping with what money I had left. I got some paper clips, cat toy, and food. Then went to Aldi’s for some more food then came home. I make a great turkey soup with brown rice and it is being eaten tomorrow. First time cooking from crock pot and it is great! I had some ice cream then worked out again. Earlier I did Zumba Step-by-Step to learn the basics again. Anyways. Relaxed the rest of the night.
Oh my total weight loss is 289.4. I went from 297.4 to 289.4 that equals 8 pounds! All I did was watch what I eat and cut the portions in half, plus worked out more and started ready labels and getting ideas on what foods to eat.
So now my question is how often should weigh myself? Every week or every 2 weeks. It makes me worried to not see the results I am wanting to get, but I know if I do weigh in each week I know what I did bad and what I did good. I am thinking every week and doing the Slim-Fast shakes every 2 weeks in the month.
