Busy Schedules

Hello everyone, well today was busy day. My day started off great. I got up at 9 am and then decided to go back to bed because I don’t sleep in much anymore to much stuff to do. I got up at 11 am because of my cat tiger meowing at me, which I love. I ate 2 eggs, coffee with creamer, and a giant green pepper. It was good and I like it. It kept me full for most of the day. I got a text from my friend to go for a walk in the park and I went. It was a long walk (2 hours, with time to play at the park for her son), It was nice, but the wind was too cold for my liking. I drank a lot of water to satisfy my hunger until the walk was done, but once I got home I had to go to the bathroom, lol.

I ate again around 3 pm and had a half a turkey swiss sandwich with 1 cup of homemade turkey soup. I was on the phone to Comcast about the internet, we had to call for a tech to come later this coming week. My brother and I went to McDonald’s restaurant real quick to use the internet there (because ours was down) to get a coupon for tonight’s dinner to Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Restaurant. I got us both parfaits it was the only thing I wanted that were good for us and some water too. Went home and got dolled up for dinner.

Got to dinner just fine, but during dinner I thought I made some good choices. It’s hard with food but I did it. It was family style dinner. The first thing they brought out to us was breads, crackers, and jam. I went for the crackers with butter and then waited. The next thing was the salads like cole slaw, pinto bean salad, cranberry relish, chicken pasta, and soup. I had one teaspoon of each, but 2 cups of soup (fighting the cold from my family) and waited again. I had coffee with cream and sugar plus a water to drink. When the main meal came out I had 2 pieces of chicken (most of the breading taken off of the chicken. It had a lot of fat on it), 2 teaspoons stuffing, 2 tablespoons of vegetables, 2 teaspoons of stuffing, 2 tablespoons of potatoes with little grave (too much fat), and butter noodles. Now I love their butter noodles. It is my favorite. SO I know I had to much of it, but I only go once a year so I thought it was ok. Then for dessert I have a scoop of peppermint ice cream with lite fudge syrup (too much sugar) and 2 ginger snap cookies.

After there I went down stairs to their shops and got a lot of recipes. I pick them up so I can start my collection for when I move out and on my own. I even have a collection of healthy and non healthy recipes on my computer. I found out that I do love wine and hopes to one day have my own wine cellar. We left the shops and went for a walk in River Place. We were hoping to see the medieval store, but it looks like the closed, but we looked around and I found a used book store there. I found a book for my mom for Christmas. I do my shopping early. After that got gas then went to Wal-Mart for my brother’s fiancé to get a card and birthday cake for her. Her birthday is today. I came home and relaxed the rest of the night.

Tomorrow is busy all day. Walking, babysitting, cleaning, and getting things ready for school. So with my busy schedules like this it gets me worried when I don’t eat ever 2 hours because my metabolism isn’t going to work like it is now. I now have to figure away to make sure I eat. I also told my brother to help me out. When or if I get depressed again I will need him to help me get back on track. Since I am the only one in the house right now losing weight then I am an example to the rest of my family. My family is like me, they like to see physical results instead of being told. So that is a lot of pressure on me, but I know I can do it. It’s just trying to get them off their asses to do it for themselves is the problem.

Weight Loss Tips: When you are feeling hungry ask yourself some questions:

When Did I last eat?

What did I have to eat?

If you did eat, then what was it that I ate that is making me hungry again?

If you are hungry after you just eat like an hour ago, it could mean that you are eating empty calories and not enough protein. Protein helps fill you up more and it’s good for your muscles. Empty calories are foods with high fructose corn syrup and sugar. If you crave something sweet go for a type of fruit.

Also, you could be thinking that you are hungry, but what your body is craving is water. The more you drink pop and sugary drinks the more you are going to be trusty. Replace your pop intake with water, but slowly. It helps thinking your brain does not want the sugar and later will want just water.

Dating Advice: Sometimes if you have been looking for a guy or girl. You keep getting bad replies then the best thing to do is take some time for yourself. Focusing on yourself can be a hard enough job, plus if the right guy comes along then just start talking to him.
