Day 6 of the Life Change

Well today is the first day of the New Year. I told myself that this year there is no excuses for NOT LOSING WEIGHT. I told myself that, “Jennifer, you have been FAT For 28 Years! NO MORE! By your 29th birthday you will have lost 100 pounds or as close as you can to 100 lbs. We can do this, even when people may pull you down, you can lose this weight.” So, I know I can complete it this year.

So having this in mind I started the day out good. I first had a shake in the morning and then did my workout. Now the workout today was different again. I tried Zumba dancing Step-by-Step and I loved it. After the workout was done I could feel my hips, butt, thighs, and abs tighter. So I will be learning more of that workout. My favorite was the belly dancing. I had a yogurt for a snack and a lot of water. Then for lunch I had another shake. Then I watched the movie, “The Help” I like it a lot. Then for a snack I had some chicken soup with some cheese. I took it because I feel like I am coming down with a cold. I know I shouldn’t have eaten it, but my body feels better for eating it now. So for dinner I am having some leftover food my friend gave me with half a plate of veggies, water, and a fruit cup then a shake for later tonight.

Well anyways, I will also finish my classes this year and keep doing my job the best I can. I have been having a problem with my school work last year because I have no motivation and I had computer problems that people couldn’t believe, but this is a new year and I am taking charge of the problems this year and trying to prevent them this year too. My biggest worry is that my classes this coming term is all video production classes and one graphic class. These classes are time consuming classes, so I may have to cut some things this year to make sure I pass these classes and still be able to lose weight. I hope it doesn’t come down to that, but I have to do what I have to do.

Oh another thing, I told you all I have been doing research on weight lose and how to better myself this coming year. Well in my next post I will have tips, foods to buy, and exercises that you should do. I am currently reading 8 different books at the moment, 6 school books, one fun book (I have to pick), 1 weight lose research book (Eat This, NOT THAT!) and a research articles.
