Day 7 of the Life Change

Well, today I had some major stomach pains when I woke up. So, I had a cheese stick, but only eat half because I didn’t want that much. Then went back to bed because it wasn’t my normal time I get up in the morning. I usually get up at 7 am and got up at 6 am to let the dogs outside and feed them too. Anyways, after I woke up, I had my shake and water.

After the shake and water I decided starting this week I am getting ready for next week classes. I decided when I will be working out. I will be taking off Monday and Tuesdays because they are my long days for work and school. I have work from 9 am to 3 pm. Then leave straight to class in Clinton Township at 3pm and don’t get home until 11pm at night. On Wednesdays I can work out early in the morning or later at work. I have class on Wednesday s from 4:30 pm to 11 pm because that class is in Auburn Hills. So I travel a lot for my classes. The times I gave you also include my driving time there and back home.

Anyways, back to the diet talk, I watched a video yesterday that one must forgive you self before moving on with your weight loss. This girl was inspiring to me and her video blog (VBlog) will be added to this blog. I think some people need to understand that sometimes we make mistakes during a diet and for it to help us by NOT looking back on some of the stuff that we did bad to our selves but to learn not to do it again and keep moving forward.

These are some of her points that I thought were good.

1. Trying doesn’t exist.

2. Present. The past doesn’t exist, The future is a projection ( it hasn’t happened yet), The present is now. Do something.

3. Don’t worry about the past.

4. Do something now.

5. Sometimes you have to fail to learn from it.

6. You use the knowledge that you learn from dieting or you will be where you are now.

7. Forgive yourself

8. Come to the realization that you made small bad decisions that got you here, then make small better decisions.
