Well, today was a little harder than I thought it would be to get out of bed. My alarm did go off, but I was leaking so much sleep that I needed to sleep longer today. I still plan to work out later today when I get home. I had my usual shake and fruit cup. There is one thing I have noticed about the shake I am taking which is Slim-Fast Low-Carb Shake. The shake is great in taste, but after drinking it makes me want to drink more water, a lot of water. It is something I will have to get use to.
Besides the drink, lately I have been doing research on weight lose and better habits. I will place them on here when I am done with the research. I will also post my New Year’s Resolution list. When I do my list and get about 90% of it completed. Sometimes some fall short because of school or personal life.
So anyways, I did a great job as for eating today. I went out with my family and I kept it light on the food. I can tell the diet is working because I am not thinking of food as much anymore. I also don’t need to eat a lot either, which helps me with the weight lose. I did get my workout and I found out that I like to work out at 10 or 11 am or 3 to 7 pm. The problem with that is when classes start I have classes Monday to Wednesday from 3pm to 10pm, most of it is driving time the rest of the time from 9am to 3pm, I am at work. So unless I wake up that day early that is the only time I can workout, unless my boss lets me work out. I am still working out the schedule. I want to stick to it.
