Day 5 of the Life Change

Well, I haven’t done much today because I think I may be getting sick. I am not taking more vitamins because of my bad immune system. I am taking Vitamin B 12 to boost my metabolism and I am taking Vitamin C to support my immune system. So I won’t get what the rest of my family has, because it I get it then I will be out of work for a week and that doesn’t work will with me at all.

Anyways back to the food, went out to breakfast with my family and again couldn’t eat a lot which I knew I am doing better than the rest of my family. I am starting to eat less and less, also feeling thinner too. I feel I have a little more energy than I did before start it. So, the rest of the day I play to have a few snacks (ham, onion, cream cheese rolls), yogurt, fruit cup, and two more shakes. Tonight at midnight I will have one of my shakes instead of champagne. I don’t have anyone to celebrate with anyways so no point buy the champagne. I am planning to get my FAFSA done today and then going to work out before going to work then seeing family and friends tonight.

Beginning single has its advantages and disadvantages too. Maybe one day I will write them down and people can add to my list.

Day 4 of the Life Change

Well, today was a little bit of a challenge for food today. I had my shake today but earlier than I normally do. Then I went to work. After 2 hours, I found out that my stomach starts to hurt a lot if I don’t eat every two hours. I had some Colby Cheese and after my first bite I could taste the fat in the cheese. I know the change is working because I used to eat cheese a lot and loved it. Now I don’t want to eat it as much as I used too. I also tried some M & Ms and found out that is has too much sugar in it. The same went for cough drops too. I skipped my yogurt for a meatloaf dinner with my family. I am thinking of skipping my other shake, but I may bring it with me to my friends tonight anyways.

I also got some more information to read about what to eat and not to eat. The books are called “Eat This, Not That” and “Biggest Loser Switch.” I am planning to read those and get some much needed homework done before school starts. I am also in the process of getting my computers set and read for school on January 9, 2012. I am hoping everything works out good.

Now on to New Years Eve, I am working this weekend, but allowed to go out. I don’t know what to do. I want to go out to the club/ bar because I would like to kiss someone I never kissed before. Someone that I am attracted too, but it looks like I am out yet again because I don’t have anyone to go with at all. So it looks like I am going to be with family and friends this year at their houses but I don’t mind. I am glad that they are willing to let me stay over there. It has been rough because I haven’t had a single date since February 27, nor have I had sex. See I am the type of woman that is willing to wait three or more dates before having sex. Most guys just want the sex and not the relationship that is why I am waiting for the right guy. I would like to go on a date but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen anytime soon. Plus, I know better to not pick up a guy from a bar because all they want to do is score. I am not a one night stand type of girl. So I hope God will help me find that man that is looking for the same things as me. I just hope there is a guy out there somewhere.

Day 3 of the Life Change

Well, again I slept in this morning and I am going to have to make sure I get to bed by midnight or 12:30am. If I can work out in the morning at 7am instead of 6am then I may be able to workout. I will try that on Saturday, I can’t do it tomorrow because I have work early tomorrow. Anyways, so I did my workout and it was Carmen Electra’s Hip-Hop DVD and it was good. I liked it, but it showed me how much I am not coordinated. It will take practice.

The rest of the day was good. I went home and got to eat my regular foods that I have been eating the past few days. I can tell that it is working because I don’t feel like eating as much as I used too. I also am going longer without food and not minding it as much. I am glad because that means I can get more things done too. At times I want to go without my shake at night, but I know if I don’t take it I will over eat the next morning.

Anyways, so today I am not thinking of food as much as I am thinking of want/needing a boyfriend. I am the type of woman that loves to be in a relationship and put my all into it as long as the other party wants the same things. I am willing to work on a relationship with someone, but most guys that talk to me just want sex and nothing more from me. I guess I am more fu**able then I am met for a relationship. So maybe I am doomed to be single because of my old fashion values. I guess that I am met to be an old maid. If that is what is meant to be then I will have to go to Lover’s Lane more often to get some toys.
